The East Los Angeles Alcoholism Council is a state licensed program for D.U.I. offenders. We have been serving the needs of the greater Los Angeles community for over 25 years. We provide services for first, second, and third offenders. Our goal is to provide a positive impact to all D.U.I. offenders so that they may find long term sobriety in their lives. The purpose of this agency is to increase, stimulate, and encourage a public understanding of alcoholism, its nature, and treatment.
